USA Volleyball - Official Rules Vienna Youth Volleyball (VYI) rules are found at the "Documents" page of the website. VYI follow the general rules of National Federation of High Schools (NFHS). We have relaxed certain rules in the Junior Division to accommodate their ability levels.
